Manuscript Preparation

Authors submitting to the Journal of Computer Science, Engineering & Applied Mathematics (JCSEAM) should prepare manuscripts according to the following professional guidelines:

General Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English, free from grammatical errors.
  • Accepted formats: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or LaTeX.
  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

Manuscript Structure

A professionally structured manuscript should contain:

  • Title: Concise and descriptive
  • Abstract: Maximum 250 words summarizing objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions
  • Keywords: 4–6 relevant terms
  • Introduction: Background, research significance, and problem statement
  • Methodology / Materials and Methods: Clear explanation of experiments, simulations, or models
  • Results and Discussion: Present findings with clarity using tables, figures, and analysis
  • Conclusion: Summarize key outcomes and potential applications
  • References: Follow APA / IEEE style consistently

Figures and Tables

  • Number figures and tables sequentially with descriptive captions
  • Use high-resolution images (≥300 dpi)
  • Tables should be editable, not images

Formatting Guidelines

  • Use standard fonts (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt) and double spacing
  • Include page numbers
  • Organize sections clearly and logically

Ethics and Plagiarism

  • Manuscripts must comply with ethical research standards
  • Plagiarism above 15% may lead to rejection
  • Proper citation of all references is mandatory
